Nexus Analytics in both Malaysia & Singapore became members of the Melchers Group
In 2017, Nexus Analytics in both Malaysia & Singapore became members of the Melchers Group (C.Melchers GmbH & Co.KG). It is privately owned company based in Bremen, Germany, established in 1806. The Group has offices in Most Asian Countries with a focus on Greater China and South Korea as well.
Effective May 16 2017, C. Melchers GmbH & Co., Singapore Branch has acquired 100% of the shares in both entities. Melchers Group considers this a strategic acquisition to increase its footprint in the analytical and material characterization business, and will support us to further expand the business both in the existing territories and in South East Asia. Nexus Analytics will grow organically while having access to the organisation and infrastructure of the Melchers Group in Asia
